We are building a library of articles and resources here on Horology Dreams that will be covering all aspects of watch collecting.

The concept of Horology Dreams was formed in early 2023 and this website was born. While there are plenty of other great websites about watches, they didn’t seem to quite cover all the things we where interested in. 

The world of watches is huge and we often get very focused on a small area, especially when it comes to luxury watches.

The goal here is to spread the knowledge of watches and horology in general and while a lot of what we may talk about may be affordable and attainable watches, we know a lot of the joy with watches is also around the dream and imagining having our hands on our grail watch.

We are not trying to sell you anything here, we are simply sharing our knowledge on watches. We are not experts, but who really is?

We are not a watch company or even a watch dealer, we are simply just independent collectors who want to share the passion of this hobby.

We only talk about watches we have actually owned and had in our hands and talk about our actual experience with watches and everything around collecting them.

While we have been writing in the third person here, this site is owned by one person – Ian – and he is the only writer here, and while he may have desires to expand this into a little team, right now everything is done by him. (You can read our Anti AI Policy)
