Hi, my name is Ian and I am the owner and main writer here at Horology Dreams.

I started this site to share my passion of Watches and Watch Collecting in general. I love affordable watches, such as Vostoks and Casio’s.

I have been collecting watches for over 10 years and I have also dipped my toe into watchmaking and tinkering with vintage watches, trying to repair them and give them a new life.

I love all kinds of watches, there is no snobbery here and my goal is help you be a better watch collector and share whatever I can along my own journey into the world of horology.
